All products sold on The Music Source (TMS) are covered by a 7-day return policy. This means, from the date the product was delivered or received, there are 7 calendar days within which the product could be returned. Otherwise, the warranty coverage of the product shall apply.
Acceptable returns could be due to a factory defect, incomplete or wrong item delivered. Declined returns would be items without invoice or items with defects due to misuse or mishandling beyond the manufacturer’s usage recommendation under normal operations and conditions. That being said, the request for replacement or refund shall be accepted if the quality evaluation revealed that the reason for return is the former. Otherwise, it shall be declined and the item shall be shipped back to your shipping address if it were the latter. The Customer Service shall notify you immediately
Should the reason for return be accepted for an upgrade, replacement, or refund, an email or SMS notification shall be sent to you by the Customer Service advising you of the shipment back to your shipping address or of the refund for deposit or for reverse transfer to your bank account.
In summary, from the time your returned item was received by the quality evaluation team, it will take 3-5 working days before the result is released and another 3-5 days for the shipment of the replacement or upgraded item back to your shipping address.
